As part of our efforts to improve customer support, we now host support forums at http://support.jumpro.pe. We hope that these forums will improve our ability to communicate with customers with regards to new features, support needs, and general questions. In addition, we hope that it can foster communication between progressive and passionate educators at all of our schools with regards to best practices and the philosophy of mastery. We believe that this solution will begin to take off over time, and have integrated it with our product in the following ways:
- All support requests from users, via email or through the link in JumpRope, are routed through our new support system. This system allows us to keep organized in our response to you and allows you to check on the status of your support request.
- Recent forum announcements, tips, and other items are now displayed on the teacher dashboard to help users become aware of hot topics, announcements, and discussions.
- When you log in to JumpRope, you're automatically logged in to support! Our support system has been integrated to JumpRope with Single Sign On (SSO) so that you don't need to keep track of multiple accounts.
- JumpRope alerts, warnings, and tips sprinkled throughout the application now link directly to relevant help documents hosted on our support site, so that you can find the help that you need as quickly as possible!
By default, a number of recent posts and relevant tips will be displayed in "ticker" fashion on the dashboard. If you would like to dismiss the messages (so that the topic in question is never displayed to you again), you may do so by clicking "ignore" or "Dismiss forever" (depending on the context). This setting is on a per-user basis.
Thanks very much, and we look forward to seeing you participate in our online forums!
Jesse
