As you use JumpRope's planning tool over the years, we hope that you find it useful to re-use old units, standards, and curriculum. However, we also know that many things can change from year to year and term to term such as different classes, assessment dates, and the like. To help you stay organized, you can use the Unit Archive to store your old units so that they aren't in your way. Please note that units that have been archived will still appear on mastery reports (based on their date ranges) as usual. Archiving does not remove scores from reports, it's just for organization.
To archive a unit, simply edit its properties and look for the Archive button towards the bottom of the main tab. Click this button, and it will be moved to the Unit Archive. It will no longer show up in the list of available units in the Grade tab, but the standards, assessments, and scores will not be deleted.
To access the Unit Archive in the "Legacy" Plan Tab, (do you manage and write your own standards? If so, you likely use this Plan tab) look for the archive in the list of your courses. Select the archive, and your archived units will be shown in the list at right. You can now view and clone these units for future use. Please note: you probably want to make a copy of these units so that you can change dates, add or removed standards and assessments - if you do not clone the unit first, you will be modifying scores from the original unit which is typically not what you have it mind.
You can access archived Units in the Plan (beta) Tab, through the Manage Units menu.
