When printing progress reports, there are a number of advanced settings that you can modify to customize the report. Most of these have defaults that have been set in the Admin Console.
- Report Date specifies the date that is reported on the report(s), available for clarity to external audiences.
- Report Title is the title of the report that is printed, i.e. Progress Report or Report Card or Mastery Report.
- Limit Grade allows you to limit the students that are printed to a particular grade or grades.
- Limit Type allows you to limit the standard types that are included in the report.
- Grouping allows you to specify the grouping scheme of the printed report.
- Detail Level allows you to specify the level of detail that is printed (can be limited to the standard level instead of showing every single assessment and score, for example).
- Show Letterhead allows you to show or hide your school's letterhead at the top of the report (up to four lines).
- Custom Message allows you to include a custom message at the top of the report, for the purposes of communicating with external audiences.
- Include Cover Page lets you add a cover page for the purposes of mailing the reports.
- Extra Options
- Work Habits box options allow you to show a special summary of Character / Work Habits scores at the end of the report (across content areas)
- Show Attendance Details allows you to print an attendance summary at the top of the student report.
- Print Options
- Duplex adds blank pages at the end of student reports if they end on an odd page number so that they can be duplex printed and later stapled for individual students. (note: this will waste paper if you aren't printing duplexed).
- Show Score Comment Rollup shows score comments on reports if report is expanded to the Assessment level.
- Hide Course Comments Shows or hides course comments if written.
- Ink Saver Mode prints some elements in gray-scale.
- Address for Windowed Envelopes allows you to print an address page as the first page of each progress report for easy mailing (note: this takes an entire page, and the location needs to be customized for each envelope type).
- Print Unit Descriptions allow you to show or hide the descriptions in each report.
- Save Locally is an option in testing that allows for larger report sizes.
Select Finish when you are ready to print.
