The Course Attendance Pivot is a report that is designed to quickly and visually show attendance for each student over time. The rows represent all students who have ever been enrolled in the class. The columns represent each day for which an attendance record exists for that course for at least one student. The colors and letter codes indicate Present, Tardy, Absent, or Excused for each time that the class has met.
In order to enhance data transfer and display performance, we have limited this report to show 30 columns at a time. To "page" through additional columns, click the "Next..." or "Previous..." links and wait for the new data to load. Exporting this data will export all columns, not just those shown.
To export the data to Excel, simply click on the options menu in the top right and select "Export to Excel." You can also print the data, though the printout is limited to the records shown on the screen. If you need to print all records or run any formulas on the data, I recommend exporting the data to Excel and formatting/printing as desired.
