If you or your school has been using JumpRope for multiple years, we've kept every score, standard, and assessment that has ever been entered! We've made this as easy as possible to access in case you'd like to view a student's entire mastery-based history, and we call the feature the Mastery Archive.
The easiest way to access mastery data from previous terms is to search for a student (in the top right), and select the "Archive" view within the Student tab as shown below:
This will show the entire history of mastery data for the selected student, separated by year, term, and course. As always, you can print or export this data or change the grouping scheme using the options at the bottom.
Alternatively, you can use the date range available within any mastery report to load data from previous years. For example, from a mastery report in the Courses tab, Backoffice, or elsewhere you can simply change the start date to a date from a previous year to load additional scores. Most schools default the start date to the first day of the current year, but JumpRope lets you set it back as far as you'd like.
