At the end of a term, it is often necessary to export final grades for all students so that they can be imported into a student information system or other external system. The steps below will show you how to do this.
First, log in to the Backoffice.
One the report loads, you can expand to view individual course grades for each student. Note that it may take a minute or two to switch.
If your school has a built-in conversion to convert rubric or letter course scores to something on a different scale (more on that in this article), you can view it by selecting Show Conversion from the settings menu shown here:
The conversion column will display the converted score for each course in a new column to the right:
That's it! You can now use this report to view all student's grades for each course, as well as the converted score if you use it. If you'd like to export the report to Excel, you may do so from the settings menu. Please note that all downloads in JumpRope rely on pop-up windows, so if you don't see a download begin you'll need to make sure that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups.
