Parent involvement can be a vital part of the feedback loop in education. JumpRope offers a Student & Parent Portal that helps facilitate this communication. See this doc for more information.
Each school has a unique web address for their Portal, so make sure that you are going to the address given to you by your child's school. The school should also be able to provide you with login information.
If you are having difficulty logging in, please take a look at these helpful hints:
1) At this time, the Student & Parent Portal supports Mac, Windows, Chrome OS, and Linux PCs running Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari (any modern version) *and which have the Adobe Flash Player version 10.0 or higher (which you get automatically with most modern browsers). For speed and security reasons, we recommend Google Chrome. At this time, the Student & Parent Portal does NOT support mobile devices such as iPhones or tablets (this is coming soon).
2) The first time that the portal loads on any specific computer, it can take a few seconds to load (at worst, up to a minute). This depends on the quality of the internet connection, etc., but it's worth waiting for a few seconds to make sure you aren't just experiencing slowness.
3) In the rare even that something is wrong with our servers, you can always check at this site:http://status.jumpro.pe/ -- any yellow or red could indicate a potential problem on our end.
4) If you are experiencing a repetitive issue loading the portal on a computer, it can be helpful if you send us a screenshot of the current computer screen as an attachment to an email to support@jumpro.pe with as much detail as possible - it will likely come down to specific computer or browser settings, and this can be helpful information.
