When a student is removed from a course in JumpRope, the students' scores for that course will no longer be accessible in the teacher's gradebook. Similarly, if a student becomes inactive in JumpRope due to leaving the school, they will be removed from all teachers' gradebooks. If it is necessary to edit their assessment scores after they have been un-enrolled or deactivated, this can be done via an administrative function called "Clean Grades".
To access this function, first search for a student and load the mastery report. **Note that if the student is not currently active at your school, their report must be accessed differently. See this article for instructions.
Once you've loaded the mastery report, the Clean Grades feature can be found under Advanced Options:
Once Clean Grades Mode is enabled, expand to find the individual assessment score that you would like to edit. Note that ONLY assessment scores can be edited. If the assessment was aligned to more than one standard, you may need to make multiple edits. Once you've found the individual score that you'd like to change, just click the blue "Edit" button to the right. If you want to delete the score, simply click on the red "X".
A box will open that allows you to make corrections and complete the edit. Note that new scores cannot be created via this feature.
