This help doc is intended for users of the District Edition of JumpRope who are responsible for managing your school or district's set of standards and have access to the Standards Bank Manager tool in JumpRope.
Depending on your set up, you might get to this tool via your District Admin login as shown here:
Or by clicking the drop down for the module selector as shown here:
Adding a New Standard
Note that all options shown in these screenshots may not be available or applicable to you depending on the setup your district has purchased. Also your school may use language other than "Graduation Standard" for a parent standard and "Standard" for a child standard. If so, then you will see your custom language honored here. Follow these steps to create a new standard:
Editing an Existing Standard
Perhaps you found a typo in one of your standards or you want to assign it to additional grade levels. If you need to edit a standard that is already in your bank simply click on the Title of that standard, make your edits, and then click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom.
You are limited in the amount of changes that you can make to the title of an existing standard. Keep in mind if you are changing the meaning of a standard (changing what it is measuring) then it is typically best to create a new standard and remove the old standard from the bank (described in the next section below) as otherwise old scores tied to that standard would then have their scores tied to a new standard that is measuring something different.
If you need to make the same change to a group of your standards all at once (like editing the instruction level) then refer to this help doc: Bulk Updating Your Standards.
Removing a Standard from the Bank
Note you cannot DELETE a standard if scores have already been entered for it, but you can remove it from the bank so that no new scores can be entered for it. To remove a standard from a bank, locate the standard or standards from the list view and check off as many as you need to remove (note that you can search and filter the list). Then, click the "# Selected" drop-down menu in the top right and click "Remove from Bank" as shown below.
