As customers raise questions about JumpRope 2.0's reports, we'll compile the common answers here.
I encountered an error loading or exporting a report, what can I do?
Certain large reports (80,000 rows or more) may encounter an error when exporting to certain formats. In particular, PDF and XLSX reports may have trouble at high row counts. While we work to raise the size limits, you can work around this by choosing the CSV export format and/or applying additional filters to narrow down the data you need to export.
Why does a score value in the report not match the value I expect or see elsewhere?
The first thing to check is that you're looking at a report of the correct data type with the correct date filters applied. For example, if you're expecting to see a student's course grade, make sure you're filtering on the correct grading period for the desired course grade and that you've picked a report in the Course Mastery Reports folder. There is more information on how to select the desired report and data type available in this help document.
The next thing to check is whether you are viewing Proficiency data or Mastery by Course data. While based on the same assessments and scores, they calculate aggregate values differently. Read more about the difference in this help document.
Finally, if you're viewing a crosstab/"across" report you may want to read more about how group aggregate values are computed in this help document.
I can't find the report I'm looking for, what should I do?
We plan to release additional reports to our 2.0 platform in the coming months. In the meantime, many reports are still available in the legacy Backoffice tool (we haven't taken anything away). You can also reach out to our support team to help locate a report or to request that a report be added to the tool if you aren't able to find what you're looking for.
